Additional Project Info
Forsaken is a supernatural thriller set in the rural Missouri Ozarks circa 1945, where a faithless sheriff pursues an elusive child-killer, hidden amongst the residents of their small town. Relying on evidence and facts in a community beholden to fears of the unknown, the sheriff must choose between vengeance or justice as his beliefs are tested, and the true killer is revealed as an unlikely member of the God-fearing community - possessed by the demon "Legion." The story explores themes of morality, integrity and faith, asking if one actually defines the others.
