Inspired by the reality renovation shows he loves, Andy Cornwall, in the throes of a mid-life crisis, decides to lend his expertise in "helping" to desperate people on the verge of ruin. Fortunately for Andy, most people who sign up to have their lives changed by a reality show rarely read the fine print. Andy has no budget or any particular expertise, but what he lacks in know-how, social skills, and self-awareness, he compensates for with over-confidence and total incompetence, often leaving his victims worse off than they were before Andy's feeble attempts at life-changing improvement. Look out, America. He's helping!
