Additional Project Info

The Old Film Farm Ltd in London has now entered into a co-production agreement with the Co. Galway-based Babyjane Productions to develop and produce this film with the Oscar-nominated Vincent Lambe (Detainment, 2019) set to direct. Charlie Safe Home placed in the finals of the Irish Film London Fellowship as part of the Stowe Story Labs contest with the previous draft. The new script takes into account the Screencraft reader critiques, and others, shortens its length, removes the "filler" training scenes at Sandhurst, and introduces a new character from the West Indies to diversify the character list and combat the perception that this was just a "white man's war". My heart and soul is in Charlie Safe Home. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
