Writers Note: I wrote this pilot with my friend Jade Sharma shortly before she passed away. She was the funniest writer I've ever met and a damn good novelist (her book Problems is a hysterical, heartbreaking, and beautiful novel). She's alive in these pages in all her brilliant messiness and I'm very grateful for that.
