Valdez-Castillo has worked in the writer's room on two seasons of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Apple TV+'s breakout comedy Mythic Quest -- where he wrote the season 2 finale -- and recently wrapped on season 3 of the critically-acclaimed FX series "Dave", where he had the immense pleasure of co-writing the season premiere.
