Currently pursuing my MFA in Film at Columbia University, I wrote Gonzo to explore the ethics of the relationship between humans and machines, art and technology within the current fear of new technologies infiltrating storytelling. The protagonist of this science fiction series, an Asian female lead, represents the need for more representation of such diversity on television, in films, and in animation.
