“Six-Page Scripts” is a podcast that provides an innovative avenue of discovery for up-and-coming screenwriters and content creators. On the show, experienced screenwriters and industry professional guests table read listener-submitted scripts to spotlight their work and talent, while also giving valuable, professional feedback on the projects.

Anyone can submit. And, for the time being, it’s totally free!

Despite our name, we accept any script between 2-10 pages long. We also accept excerpts from feature films and pilots, and even scripts from projects that have already been produced (we’ll even promote the production). Just be sure to specify that in the submission process.

Original scripted audio productions are growing more and more popular. Hollywood is not just paying attention, but taking full advantage of this fresh, new crop of source material. Directors listen to the show. Producers listen to the show. Other screen and TV writers listen to the show. Our goal is to get your work out there and encourage collaboration with a bustling community of fellow creators, both the professional and the soon-to-be. 

And, unlike other screenwriting podcasts that just give you tips and advice and interviews, we give listeners a behind-the-curtain glimpse into how the writing and development process works in the real world. 

Our podcast is new, but growing crazy fast. This is our first open call for submissions. After the call for submissions closes (9/30/2020), we will contact each of the writers we plan to feature a week prior to the production of the episode. Please note: only the scripts selected to be read on the show will receive feedback.

Starting soon, we will invite writers who have already had their work featured on the show to return for our "Take Twosday" episodes, wherein we read revised versions of their scripts based on the feedback they received. They'll come on to the show as guests to talk about the feedback they received, how they approached the revisions, their writing process and the next steps for the project.

Selected writers receive a free audio production of their featured script, as well as critical feedback from the hosts and, occasionally, industry guests. 

We also promote ALL of the featured writers, their scripts, and any social media/websites on our growing networks so that fans can follow their work and success. 

We only premiered June 29th, 2020 and we’ve already had producers and directors request scripts from our featured writers.
